Dok tradicionalni pokretači prinosa i valute sugeriraju da su poluge precijenjene, potražnja za imovinom utočišta ostaje jaka. To je zato što kupci zlata koji se gomilaju u fondove kojima se trguje na berzi imaju pesimističan pogled na sposobnost američkih Federalnih rezervi da hlade visoku inflaciju bez štete po ekonomiju.
